These terms explain how our website works and the basis on which we provide cleaning services. Cut Edge Cleaning is a trading name of Cut Edge Solutions Ltd. By using this website or booking a clean with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you book.

Quotes And Bookings

Every quote we give is based on the information you provide, such as the size of the property, its condition and the services you’d like. If the job turns out to be quite different when we arrive, we’ll talk to you before carrying on and agree any change to the price first.

Your booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed the date, time and price with you. Quote requests made through our online booking form are handled by Jobber, the system we use to manage enquiries, quotes and appointments.

Prices And Payment

The price and payment arrangements for your clean will be set out in your quote or invoice. Please check these carefully and ask us if anything isn’t clear before your booking goes ahead.

Changes And Cancellations

If you need to move or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can. Any cancellation charges that apply will be explained to you when you book. If we ever need to rearrange a clean ourselves, for example because of illness or bad weather, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to find another time.

Access To Your Property

Please make sure we can get into the property at the agreed time, along with water and electricity for the clean. If you’re not going to be home, we’ll agree with you beforehand how we’ll get access. If we can’t get in at the booked time, we may need to rearrange the visit.

Our Work And Your Satisfaction

We’re fully insured and we take care with every property we clean. If you’re not happy with any part of the clean, or you think something has been damaged, please tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it and put things right.

End Of Tenancy Cleans

We clean to the standard landlords and letting agents normally expect, but the decision on a tenancy deposit always rests with the landlord or agent. We can’t guarantee the return of a deposit.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it’s for general information only and it may change. Prices and services are only confirmed in your quote. Our website links to other sites, such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Jobber, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

The text, images and logos on this website belong to Cut Edge Cleaning unless stated otherwise, and they shouldn’t be copied without our permission.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
